I have 3 big boobs. One is my husband. 😉 he hates it when I say that LOL!
It is better than the persistent spam mail about getting a larger erection. At least I have boobs, and they are targetting the right area. Of course if it just spam enouraging you to look at boobs, then, again not really targeting spam to the right person.
