Because it is extremely difficult to explain the concept of “foot cramp” to a woman who comes out of a bathroom stall at Whole Foods only to find you half-lying on the counter, clutching an unshod foot and moaning in pain, when English is not her first language.

    Or you could just say, “SHIT MY FOOT HURTS! …Oh yeah, LEARN ENGLISH BEFORE I CALL I.C.E. YOU LAZY FAILURE.” I feel that people are more motivated when they are threatened with shit like deportation or arrest. Why else would I possess both American and Japanese driver’s licenses?
