I think this is a faulous list as well. It goes to show how people can become so wrapped up in television worlds that they slowly forget how to distinguish between fact & fiction. Think also about the historic War of the Worlds radio program and how the initial broadcast caused widespread panic in reality because people assumed that it was real. Have we really come that far psychologically since then? Do we simply choose to believe in preferred worlds?

The one that gets me every time is Agent Simon Donovan (Mark Harmon) getting shot in the West Wing.

What a great list! I had this same experience while watching the first half of the Robin Hood season finale on BBC America. It took Marian "dying" (not sure if she's really dead or not yet) for Robin to finally admit that he loved her.

Happy TT!

I lurve this! Yes, those things were totally real, right?! Like when Hawkeye saw the lady smother her baby on the last episode of M*A*S*H or when Ross and Rachel finally did it, already. I really like your blog. I may send you a little note written on the back of a gas receipt that says "I like you. Do you like me? Check the box, yes or no."
