When I was a kid, my neighbors (boys) liked to refer to it as their grow’in. LOL!

Go with “crotch.” Hard consonants are funnier.

To me crotch is plain spoken. Groin is a more genteel way of saying crotch. That’s my way of thinking anyway.
Standup comedy isn’t very genteel, so I would go with crotch when going for laughs.
